To help identify the Hamilton family this is the headstone in Rutherglen Cemetery of my great grandparents and three great aunts.  
 
William Hamilton, I have been told, was the manager of White’s Chemical Works in Rutherglen probably around 1910-1915.  There were several children, but William John (my grandfather), Matthew and Agnes came to New Zealand about 1911-1912.  My father, James Wilson Hamilton, his mother and his sister Kate came out sometime late in 1915.  Another brother (my uncle), William, accompanied my grandfather around 1911-12.

I am seeking to confirm that the ‘James W. Hamilton’, cited on the Stonelaw School Dux Honours Board in 1915, is my father. If anyone can help I should be most grateful to receive emails at donandmariehamilton@hotmail.com.
